My Story

Helping my clients throughout the Pacific Northwest achieve their wellness goals since 2016. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals.

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. You will be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a more joyful and healthier life.

I am a certified Wellness Counselor through Cornell University, a yoga and fitness instructor and have studied 8-Limbs philosophy extensively to bring you the most efficient means to live skillfully.

I have extensive experience and education in social work and behavioral health, and I have created and implemented wellness and self-care programming for individuals, small businesses and large organizations.

I am no stranger to obstacles in wellness and I have used 8-Limb yogic philosophies to overcome my own challenges and to optimize my own personal wellness.
